Policies

Unless explicitly stated in the listing all items I sell are made-to-order.
I will communicate with you expected wait time; I aim to have your card or keepsake
in the post within 3 days of receiving your order.
If this will not be possible; I will get in contact with you.

Payment is accepted through Pay Pal.

If you don't have an account, you can still pay using a debit or credit card.

I also accept payment through direct debit / bank transfer from New Zealand customers.

If your payment will be delayed for any reason, please get in touch.

Items will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of payment.
If for some reason this cannot be done, I will contact you and let you know.

I cut, colour, emboss and stick every single element on each keepsake myself, by hand. These cards are not images printed on the front, but rather intricate pieces of a puzzle, put together with love, care and intention.

I ship your keepsake carefully wrapped with handmade paper tissue, and then placed into a shipping box filled with shredded paper to ensure that your keepsake arrives to you in the same condition we sent them to you in.

International customers please note I am shipping from New Zealand. Packages to the rest of the world may take 2 - 4 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs do vary depending on the item and your location.

However; most items ship for around the following amount:
Within NZ : $12
Outside NZ: $25
This varies by country. You can see your full shipping cost in the cart prior to check out.

If your package does not turn up within the expected time frame, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation.

However, please be aware that we don't consider a parcel 'lost' in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping (domestic) or 60 days (international), and we will not replace an item sooner than this.

We do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs or refusals. If you are concerned about your country's customs laws or costs, please investigate before purchase. If a package comes back to me from customs in the original condition, I will of course refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
