I can add little details that may be special to the recipient; for example moustaches or beards, cigarette hanging from the mouth, a mole on their chin - just let me know what you have in mind. 
 
The text reads "Congratulations" and is shown in gold. The text and Police Officer are placed on a card that has been coloured with blue ink in an ombre effect. 
 
Like all of the cards at Punkadunk this card will come with your choice of wax seal to complete your card giving experience.
The wax seal has an easy to use adhesive sticker already attached for your placing ease.
